When tenants vacate, our contractors renovate the property to a RENTAL-READY condition for the next qualified tenant.

At Home Hunters USA we can help you locate & purchase Multifamily Properties (duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes, etc.). Home Improvement USA will make the units RENTAL READY so we can obtain MARKET RENTS and then Home Hunters USA will manage the properties professionally.
